Cooking Instructions
Instructions for preparing our pre cooked foods

Artichoke Dip:  Defrost overnight in refridgerator or in your oven at 300 for 30-40 min.  To Heat:  Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.  Top with chopped bacon and bake in oven another 10 minutes.

Small Casseroles:  Thaw and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.  Bake uncovered for the first 20 minutes and then cover so that the cheese does not get too brown.

Large Casseroles:  Thaw and bake at 350 fro 60-70 minutes.  Bake uncovered for the first 30-40 minutes then cover so that the cheese does not get too brown.  Bake covered for 15-20 covered until heated through.
Cooking the casseroles uncovered, first, allows the cheeses to melt and get a little crispy so it will not stick to the foil.

If you must cook a casserole from frozen. . .Bake for one hour, covered at 250 degrees, then turn the oven to 350, uncover the casserole and bake for 40 minutes, re-cover and finish baking.  Your casserole is fully cooked.  You are just re-heating.  Cooking from frozen requires a little extra attention to avoid burning the cheese on top.

Beef or Pork Tenderloin:  The tenderloin is cooked to medium rare.  To kee as rare as possible, cook in a 400 degree oven, uncovered with no liquid.  Depending on thickness, slices may take 5-10 minutes.  1-pound pieces heat for 25-30 minutes.

Chicken:  Parmesan chicken and oven fried chickens are better baked in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutesHerb chicken and grilled chicken may be heated in the oven or in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Vegetables:  Roasted vegetables are best cooked in the oven, uncovered, at 350 for 15-20 minutes.  Most other vegetables are best heated in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.

Microwave Containers with individual Dinners:  Open lid and microwave for 3-5 minutes.  Meatloaf will heat better if sliced.

Quiche:  Bake on a cookie sheet for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.  Single slices are best in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
