Robert Rothschild Recipes

Here are some of our favorite recipes using Robert Rothchild's products.

1) Toasted Garlic Horseradish & Bacon Dip

1 Cup Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup Sour Cream
1-2 Tbs Rober Rothschild Toasted Garlic & Horseradish Dip
1/2 Cup Cookend, Crumbled Bacon
1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onions
1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
Mix all ingrediants together and serve!

2) Feta Dip

1/2 lb Feta Cheese, Crumbled
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup Robert Rothchild Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip & Relish
Salt and Pepper to taste
Pita or Flatbread

Mix together the feta cheese yogurt and Roaster Red Pepper & Onion Dip & Relish in a serving bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with Pita Chips!

3) Hot Pepper Peach Cheeseball

16 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/3 Cup Robert Rothschild Hot Pepper Peach Preserves
1 Tbs Chopped Onion
1 Tbs Chopped Jalepeno
Shredded Monterey Jack (or favorite shredded cheese)

Cream together well and chill for about 1 hour. Form into a ball and roll in Monterey Jack Cheese. Keep chilled until ready to use. Can be made up to 48 hours ahead.

Becky's Favorite Bean Dip

Layer evenly in a oven safe of microwave safe dish.

Cream cheese
Lambruscoz' Fat Free Bean Dip
Rothschild Raspberry Chipotle Dip

Garnish with green onions and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or microwave until hot and bubbly.
